Using this site

By ordering from Gul Plaza you agree to what is written here. If you do not, please do not place an order.

Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees.
• The price shown on the product page is what you pay, plus delivery where it applies.
• Prices and discounts can change without notice — but never after your order is confirmed. You pay the price that was showing when you ordered.
• If an obvious pricing mistake appears, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel.

Orders

• An order is a request, not a completed sale. It is confirmed when we call you.
• We may decline an order — most often when stock has just run out, the number given cannot be reached, or the address is not deliverable.
• Repeatedly placing orders that are then refused at the door may mean we stop accepting orders from that number.

Stock

Stock counts are kept up to date, but two people can reach the last piece at the same moment. If that happens we tell you straight away, and nothing is charged.

Products and photos

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and anything marked Assorted Colour or Assorted Design is sent as available.

Delivery and payment

Cash on delivery, anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery timings are estimates — couriers are affected by weather, strikes and holidays like everyone else.

Reviews

Reviews are welcome, including critical ones. We remove anything abusive, off-topic, or written to promote another business.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Use products as the manufacturer intends, and keep electrical items away from children.
