Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the details needed to deliver your order and nothing else. We do not sell your information to anybody.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, city, address and landmark. We cannot deliver without these.
• Automatically: your IP address and browser type, stored with the order as a record of where it came from.
• If you leave a review: the name and city you type, and optionally a mobile number — used only to check whether you actually bought the item.

What we do not collect

No card numbers, no bank details, no CNIC. Orders are cash on delivery, so none of that ever reaches us.

Who else sees it

• The courier — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
• Our hosting provider — the servers the site runs on.
• Advertising and analytics services, if we are running ads. These see anonymous browsing activity, never your name, address or phone.

That is the complete list. Nobody else, and we do not sell data.

Cookies

One cookie keeps your cart and session working. It holds no personal details. If we are running ads, those services set their own cookies to measure them — your browser settings control those.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as business records, so we can handle exchanges and questions later. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep the record of a completed sale.

Your choices

Message us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will confirm it is really you first — normally through the mobile number the order was placed with.

Children

The shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details.

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page.
