About us

What Gul Plaza is

An online shop for the things a household actually gets through — kitchen tools, storage, cleaning, bathroom bits, small appliances, personal care, and the occasional gadget that makes a chore shorter.

We run it out of Karachi and deliver across Pakistan, cash on delivery.

How we pick what to sell

We are not trying to stock everything. Each product is chosen to do one job properly at a price that makes sense — a chopper that survives a year of onions, a bottle that keeps water cold through a working day, a mop that wrings out without you touching the water.

Why cash on delivery

Because it is what people here trust, and rightly so. You see the parcel before any money changes hands. No card details, no advance transfer, no having to trust a website you have never bought from before.

What you can expect from us

• The price on the page is the price you pay, plus delivery where it applies.
• Every parcel is checked before it is dispatched.
• A real phone call to confirm your order.
• If we get it wrong, we exchange it — no argument.

Questions, complaints, or a product you wish we stocked — tell us.
