Where we deliver
Everywhere in Pakistan — every province, small towns as well as the big cities. If a courier reaches you, we reach you.
What it costs
Delivery depends on your order value: orders up to Rs 999 pay Rs 250; orders up to Rs 2,499 pay Rs 150; orders up to Rs 4,999 pay Rs 100; above that, delivery is free. Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000.
The cart and the checkout both show how much more you need to add to reach free delivery, so you are never guessing.
How long it takes
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being confirmed.
- Karachi: usually 1–2 working days.
- Rest of Pakistan: 2-4 working days.
- Sundays and public holidays are not working days for the couriers.
Paying
Cash on delivery only. You pay the rider the exact amount shown on your order. There is no advance payment, and we will never ask you to transfer money before your parcel arrives.
Tracking
Every order gets a number that looks like GP-12345. Put that number and the mobile number you ordered with into the order tracking page and it will tell you where your parcel has reached.
If nobody is home
The courier tries again the next working day and calls first. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us — so please answer the rider's call even from an unknown number.
