Do I have to pay before delivery?

No. Cash on delivery only — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches your door. We will never ask for money in advance, and if anyone claiming to be from Gul Plaza does, it is not us.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Fill in the order form and you are done.

How long will my order take?

Dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, delivered in 2-4 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

How do I know my order went through?

You land on a confirmation page with an order number, and we call you before dispatch. If neither happened, the order did not go through — message us and we will check.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us with your order number as soon as you can.

Can I order more than one thing?

Yes. Use Add to Cart for each item and check out once at the end — everything comes in one parcel with one delivery charge.

What if the item is damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days and we will exchange it. See exchange and returns.

Is the photo exactly what I get?

Yes, unless the product is marked Assorted Colour or Assorted Design, in which case it is sent as available.

Do you deliver to my town?

If a courier reaches it, we do — including small towns, not just the big cities.
