How to order

Ordering takes about a minute

There is no account to create and nothing to pay in advance. Pick what you want, tell us where to send it, and pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.

1. Find what you need

Browse by category from the circles on the home page, or type what you are looking for into the search box at the top. Every listing page can be filtered by price and sorted — cheapest first, biggest discount first, or best rated.

2. Choose how to order

On any product page you have two buttons:

• Buy Now with Cash on Delivery — the fastest route. One page, one form, done. Use this when you want a single item.
• Add to Cart — use this when you are buying several things, then check out once at the end.

3. Fill in your delivery details

We ask for your name, mobile number, city, complete address and the nearest landmark. The landmark matters more than people expect — couriers in Pakistan often find an address by what is next to it, not by the house number alone.

4. We call to confirm

Someone from Gul Plaza rings the number you gave, to confirm the order before it is dispatched. Please keep that number switched on — an order we cannot confirm does not get sent.

5. Pay when it arrives

Your parcel reaches you in 2-4 working days. Hand the cash to the rider. Nothing is charged before that, and no card or bank transfer is involved at any point.
